The Institution is a non-profit foundation that manages and carries out the hospital functions of Dutch St. Maarten. It has eighty (80) inpatient beds and employs approximately 184 personnel. There are at least twelve (12) fulltime attending specialists affiliated with the organization. Besides the regular personnel team, the institution also has an extensive internship program with students from the Nertherlands, America and Antilles.


Taakomschrijving:
Je werkzaamheden zullen bestaan uit het begeleiden van patienten tijdens behandeling en spreekuren. Nadruk wordt gelegd op de volgende gebieden: preventieve zorg/ voorlichting en nazorg . Je houdt indien nodig telefonisch spreekuur, geeft groepsvoorlichting/ workshops en levert een bijdrage aan nieuwe ontwikkelingen op het vakgebied voeding en diëtetiek.

Vereisten:
Je moet een gerichte HBO opleiding volgen. Het is belangrijk dat je klantvriendelijk bent en beschikt over de nodige computer skills. Verder kan je zich goed uitdrukken in het Engels. Kennis van Spaans en/ of Frans is een pre.
